Is Island Goodes really adults only?
Yes, we are an adult-only property. All guests must be 18 years or older. This allows us to maintain a peaceful, quiet atmosphere for relaxation.
What is included in the rate?
Your rate includes accommodations, free WiFi, free parking, and use of the hot tub and BBQ grill.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes, we require a minimum 2-night stay. Extended stay discounts are available for longer visits.
How far is Island Goodes from the airport?
We are just 12 minutes (7 miles) from Hilo International Airport (ITO).
Can you help us plan activities?
Absolutely! Your hosts Laura and Garvin have lived on the Big Island for years and love sharing their knowledge of the best restaurants, beaches, hikes, and hidden gems.
What's your cancellation policy?
All rooms are booked at our Special Non-Refundable Rate. If you have to cancel, there are no refunds, but we will give you a 1-year voucher to rebook. Please see our policies page for full details.
